The first step of your journey to making changes in your life and yourself is to dial my number. You also can make an appointment for the initial session by email. Many therapists recommend to prepare for the first session by setting goals and thinking specifically about changes you would like to make in your life. It is great if you can do it, but if you can't - do not worry. Sometimes we feel dissatisfied with our life in general, but what is it exactly - remains to be discovered during therapy. The first session is mostly exploratory, where we will look at your story and what brought you to therapy. Please, feel free to ask any questions about therapy, approaches and techniques I use, how I protect confidentiality of my clients, the professional Code of Ethics I follow, etc. By the end of the first session you will know if you wish to work with me as your therapist. If you decide to proceed, we will schedule the next appointment. I offer sessions in the English and Russian languages. I also give discounts to students and people in financial difficulties.
