THERAPY for the soul
The Psychotherapy focuses on uncovering the unconscious patterns of behaviour that they developed in childhood in order to cope with the challenges of life, and helping to change the ways we deal with problems at present. Because these patterns have become so habitual, we often think that this is who we actually are... On our therapy journey we might be truly surprised to discover that we actually are so much more powerful, talented, capable of anything we put our mind into, worthy of respect and admiration, worthy of love...
Psychotherapy involves learning to identity these patterns and then helps us to dismantle them through processing the emotional hurt, from which they were protecting us. Over time we can replace them with more flexible and constructive actions. Psychotherapy, therefore, will take longer time than counselling to be effective.
Psychotherapy is inseparable from Personal Growth and Development process. Many clients after feeling that they completed their Psychotherapeutic journey and are able to live a happy life, continue attending sessions from time to time for further personal development.
